What will your day look like

We’re looking for someone with top-notch writing and research skills and English as their first language to be our full-time, in-house Senior Copywriter. As our new Senior Copywriter, you will write communications for global clients, gaining a thorough insight into their TOVs and business objectives.

Your primary job will be to create compelling copy for CRM, Loyalty and other comms channels. You will:

  • Write original copy in US or UK English for emails, push notifications, and paid media, including eye-catching subject lines and preheaders.
  • Brainstorm communication and copy ideas with the team.
  • Revise copy based on internal and client feedback.
  • Edit new business & pitch decks from our Consultancy and Growth teams.
  • Play an active role in projects, from initial idea generation to execution and approval – closely liaising with CRM comms strategists.
  • Study insights or reports to give your copy a strong conceptual foundation.
  • Lean on brand playbooks and tone of voice guides to create copy aligned with clients’ brand values.
  • Leverage new, emerging technologies to be the most creative, most efficient writer you can be.
  • Approach every piece of creative as an opportunity to elevate the creative excellence of the brand, the team and yourself.

Who are you going to work with

As a member of the Experience Communications & Design team, you will work closely with communication strategists, CX/UX designers, data scientists, tech developers and project managers to brainstorm ideas and articulate messaging.

You will join a team of creatives working in our centrally located Copenhagen office, where collaboration and camaraderie is highly valued – you will be expected to be a team player. We come from diverse backgrounds and have unique skill sets, so you’ll get plenty of opportunities to grow and apply your expertise.

What will you bring to the table

You thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a high-volume workload often requiring short turnaround times. Your conscientious and solution-oriented mindset enables you to digest complex information and translate strategy and insights into persuasive copy. You value flawlessness and diligent editing, ensuring all deliveries are spotless and effective.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • 5+ years of copywriting experience from an advertising or in-house agency.
  • Excellent communication skills and native-level proficiency in English.
  • A relevant background in journalism, English, communications or related discipline.
  • Ability to work independently or with a team to meet deadlines.

What to expect of the recruitment process

You will meet different people from the Experience Design & Communications teams throughout the interview process. Before the second round, we ask candidates to complete a short writing assignment, done at home at your convenience.
